I am currently working as an eLearning coach and ICT educator for 33 schools in the North-West of Victoria, Australia. I initially trained as a primary school teacher but over the past 10 years have been working right across P-12 schools to help teachers and students use ICT for learning in their classrooms.
I really enjoy working with students when using software that allows them to use high-order thinking to create! This includes Scratch, Game Maker, Google Sketch Up, Digital Story Telling, Podcasting and of course many, many web2.0 tools.
I think opensource software is awesome and I help schools to implement these technologies whenever I can. This includes software such as Joomla, Word Press, Drupal, Moodle among others.
